Donny was great to work with aswell as was able to answer all of our questions as this was our first buy. Donny not only helped with the purchase but also informed us of what was involved in the purchase plus helped us finding appropriate lawyers for transaction. We met Donny by chance at an open house he was doing and although the house he was showing wasn’t the one for us after all we loved Donny’s personality and how he came across as a person. Our ideas of what we wanted in a home and wanted to spend changed often but Donny was super honest and prompt every step of the way. We can never thank Donny enough for the houses he showed us, the research he did to make sure we weren’t over paying and showing us the information he found and comparables, made us feel like we weren’t going into the house buying experience blind and taken advantage of as sometimes it can be stressful but Donny made it exciting and happy. Threw the course of the home buying process Donny actually became a friend and we look forward to continuing our relationship although we have now bought our home and don’t intend to sell for awhile.
